Measuring Guide For Curtains

Take the width of your window frame and add 15cm to 20cm to each side (more for a very large window), this means that when the curtains are open they will not obscure too much light from the window.

Check that there is room to allow for your chosen finial, which will be in addition to the length of the pole.

The brackets should be fitted near the end of the pole leaving a comfortable amount of room for one ring between the bracket and the finial.

Poles can be fitted into a recess using a special recess bracket, to use these measure the exact width of the recess.
